Refund policy

We want you and your pet to be happy with every order. If something isn't right, you can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your product.

To start a refund, just email us at hello@snootsnuffle.com with your order number and a quick note about what went wrong, and we'll set it up for you.

Where possible, items should be in their original condition. Once your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.
