Shipping

We currently ship within Canada only. Orders over $75 ship free; everything else is a flat $9.99. Orders leave Markham, Ontario within two business days and typically arrive in 3 to 7 business days.

Shipping and any applicable tax are calculated at checkout before you pay.

Returns

If something is not right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Email [email protected] with your order number and we will send instructions. Refunds go back to the original payment method once the item arrives.

Damaged or wrong item

Send a photo to [email protected] within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you, your choice. No need to ship it back.
